• $100–$120 per hour
• Discretionary incentive bonus
• Monday–Thursday schedule with flexible 8, 10, or 11-hour shifts
• Friday schedule ending by 3:00 PM
• One Sunday per month
• 13–15 patients per day
• Two-room model with full support staff
• Comprehensive benefits including student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Active New York Dentist License
• General dentistry experience
• Comfortable managing 13–15 patients daily
• Patient-centered care
