When do I get paid?
The full $750 is paid once your referral has completed at least three months with Josh Pros. Paid by direct deposit or check on the next payroll run after they hit that mark.
Why three months?
Because that is when a placement is genuinely a placement. Paying a bonus on day one would reward volume, and volume is exactly what makes referrals worthless. We would rather you send us one person who stays than five who do not.
Do I have to work at Josh Pros to refer someone?
No. Anyone can refer. You do not need to be a current or former consultant.
How many people can I refer?
There is no cap. Each qualifying placement earns its own bonus.
What counts as a valid referral?
The person must not already be in our system, and you must introduce them before they apply. Send us their name and email, or have them mention you by name when they contact us.
