When you apply for a role we collect your name, email, phone number, any resume link you provide, and anything you write in the message field. When you contact us we collect what you send us. We use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and records page views and interactions in aggregate.

What we do with it

We use your application to evaluate you for roles. We do not submit your resume to any client without your explicit approval for that specific role. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to place you (with your consent) or where required by law.

How long we keep it

We retain applications for as long as you may plausibly want us to consider you for roles. Ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing contact@joshpros.com and we will do it.
