About this role
Experience:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with proven success designing and building scalable enterprise applications.
- 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, including practical exposure to GenAI, LLMs, or advanced analytics solutions.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or a similar programming language
- Strong proficiency in React JS and React Native (cross-platform mobile app development)
- TypeScript and JavaScript development experience
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, or agent-based architectures
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and deploying scalable AI workloads
- Solid understanding of API development, microservices architecture, and integration patterns (REST, event-driven, MCP/A2A)
- Data engineering experience: data ingestion, transformation, and pipeline orchestration
- Strong knowledge of DevOps/MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management
- Ability to design secure, scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with enterprise standards
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teams
- Mandatory for all contractors: maintain 90%+ weekly usage of enterprise-approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Apply AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and solution design
- Stay current with evolving AI capabilities to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and innovation
