This opportunity is with a highly regarded private practice that has served the community for more than 15 years. I have placed three physicians here with the average tenure being 6-8 years.
Just minutes from Virginia Beach, this physician-owned Family Medicine group has quietly built something different: A model where you practice medicine… and everything else is handled for you. This isn’t another “busy outpatient job.” This is a re-engineered practice designed to give physicians their time—and sanity—back.

Close to Richmond, Washington, and Baltimore
Beaches, boating, outdoor living, and a strong economy (defense, healthcare, tech)
Yes you really can walk on the beach after work.
❤️ Physicians Tell Me: What stands out isn’t just the income or the schedule. It’s that physicians here:
Feel in control again
Have time for patients—and themselves
Don’t dread the end of the workday
Opportunities where the model truly supports the doctor are rare. If you’re even a little curious, I’d be glad to share more or simply compare this to what you’re seeing in the market.
