Assignment details:
- Start: ASAP
- Contract length: 25 weeks
- Hours: 32 per week
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Weekends: some weekend coverage required
- Call: some call may be scheduled, but only on an emergency basis
- Weekly gross: $2,240
- EMR: HealthWyse (Careficient)

The RN will travel between patient homes throughout the day and must be comfortable adjusting to schedule changes.

The facility will conduct its own background check.

Requirements

  • Active RN license required
  • OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) experience required
  • Home Health experience required
  • Hospice experience required
  • Wound Care experience preferred / required as applicable
  • Experience traveling from patient to patient for home visits
  • Must be able to manage and adjust to changes in the schedule
  • Outpatient care experience
  • Valid driver's license in good standing required
  • BLS certification required
  • EMR: HealthWyse (Careficient)
  • Facility conducts its own background check
  • Contract: 25 weeks, 32 hours/week, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with some weekend coverage
