About this role
A client is hiring a Senior IT Project Manager for an HCM Transformation program. This hybrid role (3 days onsite per week) suits an experienced IT project leader who knows how to drive complex HR technology, HCM, HRIS and workforce transformation programs from planning through adoption. W2 contract at $50/hr.
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience
- Mandatory Agile delivery expertise
- Hands-on Azure DevOps (ADO) experience
- Ability to lead cross-functional business, HR, IT and vendor teams
- HCM/HRIS/workforce transformation program experience
