Traveling Superintendent (within 5-hour radius of Cumming, GA)
A well established Southeast general contractor is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead ground up commercial construction projects. This builder specializes in small footprint ground up buildings, delivered fast and at high quality, with a project portfolio focused on fuel stations and restaurants across the Southeast.
The Role
You will run projects on site from mobilization through turnover, owning schedule, quality, subcontractor coordination, and daily site management. This is a full travel position. You will be on the road at 100 percent travel, moving project to project across the Southeast.
Compensation and Package
Base salary of $60,000 to $114,000 per year based on experience
Performance bonus plans ranging from $16,000 to $47,000 per year tied to project and company profitability
Truck allowance of $900 per month
Travel food allowance of $50 per day
Lodging covered at $90 per night

Requirements
Proven ground up construction experience, with fuel station and restaurant projects strongly preferred
A track record of stable tenure, with 3+ years at companies on your resume
Valid driver's license required
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
Willingness to travel 100 percent of the time
