Will you market my Python resume without telling me?
No. Nothing goes anywhere without your approval for that specific role and client. Double submissions kill candidacies and we will not risk yours.
Will you change my resume to fit a requirement?
No. We will tell you honestly if your resume undersells what you can do, and help you present it better. We will not add experience you do not have. Inflated resumes get caught in the technical screen, and it is the consultant who carries that reputation, not the vendor.
